You will have access to the in-house built monitoring portal which provides a daily consolidated email report of the status of your customers’ backups therefore reducing administration time. The portal also holds detailed statistics of your customers’ backup history, should it be required. You can log into this web portal anytime of the day, anywhere in the world, to see a real-time status. Support cases can also be raised free of charge from the portal.
