The backup plugin fully secures all the data concerned with WordPress sites. It will backup the WordPress database, settings, pages, posts and comments. One Simple Install
The first step is to download the plug in and install it into your WordPress installation. After you’ve installed the plugin, go to Tools -> Online Backup to configure the plugin.

Just click Create Account and follow the on screen instructions to create your unique account. After you’ve created your account you can complete the plugin configuration and start backing up to our online vault.
