Because we replicate your backups in two separate UK locations, your critical data is twice as safe. Not only will we backup your files to a primary Data Centre based in Manchester, we’ll offer even more security by replicating backups via 1GB Pipe to a separate geographical location at Telehouse in London. Though other providers may also back systems up twice, they may only do so in one vault – so protection is limited.
Because we deal with a large amount of UK data on behalf of UK customers, we know how important it is to adhere to domestic Data Protection Laws. As such, our vaults are ultra-secure. Only credited and senior Backup Technology staff are authorised to enter the premises, and we use key fobs, photo ID and text technology to further protect your data. As such, you can rest assured that we’ve made it almost impossible for unwanted visitors to breach security. That means you can be sure that once your backed up data is in our hands, it won’t fall into anyone else’s.
