BTL provides a Fully Managed Online Backup Solution.
After the initial configuration has been conducted, all backups will be Fully Automated and Incremental Forever. All data is sent in an Encrypted Format to their primary data centre in Manchester. This data is then fully replicated to a secondary site in London.
As BTL are a Managed Service Provider, all Backups are Monitored and Supported from day one of the contract. By pro-actively monitoring daily backups, BTL are able to respond quickly to resolve any issues that may occur and are on hand to help with any restores or configuration changes. BTL have developed their own Bespoke Web-Portal which allows both account managers and clients to easily monitor backups on 24/7 basis.
BTL also provide a Dedicated Account Manager and Technical Contact as well as all members of the BTL team being on hand to assist, in the instance of your primary contacts being unavailable.
