For organisations wishing to utilise the Private Cloud Backup service BTL will utilise their expertise and experience in order to design, implement and manage a bespoke Asigra vault. This is hosted within the customer’s own network or data centre.
Replication can also be configured to one of BTL’s data centres (at an additional cost), giving the client an extra level of resilience.
BTL will conduct the installation and provide all the hardware and software required to run the vault. In addition BTL will actively monitor and support all systems installed. The advantage of this solution is that all the data can remain in the client’s networks, but still reside offsite.
The solution will also include the client’s Monitoring Portal, which will enable all authorised parties to monitor backups.
